New British Films in Leicester, UK 2009

I was minded by a recent feature on a film programme on the radio (Radio 4’s ‘Film Programme’ in which  Jane Graham reported on the state of film distribution in Britain) to quantify how many of the total of the new British feature films released in the UK in 2009 were theatrically shown in Leicester in 2009. There were 90 new British feature films released in 2009. Of these,  51 (57%) were shown theatrically in Leicester in 2009 (in bold below), although some such as Dogging: A Love Story have been first run in 2010. Is that good?
